The budget negotiations are largely in caucuses, executive session committee meetings, etc.
Topics for prayer:
Staying within the amount of money they have, not raising taxes. The state using the states money; not raiding local governments. Funding roads not pet mass transit projects that no one uses. Not spending money on ungodly things like abortion, enforcing complying with gay marriage, Not letting the public employee unions hold the public hostage to their wage and benefit demands.
