GOOD
4017 Requesting Congress and the President to declare the Muslim Brotherhood and unindicted co-conspirators in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation Trial as designated terrorist organizations.
4018 Requesting Congress and the President mandate investigations of the John Brown Gun Club, Redneck Revolt, Antifa, and the Socialist Rifle Association, and their ties to international terrorist and other criminal organizations
4214 Amending the state Constitution so that tracking individuals for the purposes

8213 Amending the Constitution to create a term limit for the office of governor.
8214 Amending the Constitution to prohibit title-only bills.
8215 Amending the state Constitution so that justices of the supreme court are elected by qualified electors of a supreme court judicial district. Looks good.

BAD
4209 Amending the Constitution with regard to the term length of members of the Legislature. No need to extend terms, little enough accountability as it is.
4210 Authorizing pretrial detention for certain offenses involving firearms. Violence already covered. Not needed and would be abused. Also Constitution Amendment
4212 Providing for community redevelopment financing in apportionment districts. Constitution allow more taxes.
8006 Requesting that Congress establish more checks and balances to reduce the possibility of nuclear war. More fingers in the pie.
8217 Amending the Constitution with regard to the term length of members of the Legislature.

1775 Concerning commercially sexually exploited children. Help for trafficked individuals.
2188 Increasing the types of commercial driver's license qualification waivers allowed for military veterans. Good
2320 Requiring training on human trafficking
2327 Addressing sexual misconduct at postsecondary educational institutions. Makes it harder to hide. do pass 1st substitute bill proposed by College & Workforce Development
2467 Establishing a centralized single point of contact background check system for firearms transfers. Streamlining bad law.
2556 Providing regulatory relief for early learning providers. Gets the government out of curriculum for day care unless paying for it.
2632 Concerning false reporting of a crime or emergency. Increases penalties.
2680 Establishing tribal representation on the emergency management council. More involvement
2822 Requiring that witnesses to voter signature marks on ballot declarations be verified registered voters. Way to verify the existence of witnesses to ballot mark.

2405 Concerning commercial property assessed clean energy and resilience. Looks like a greener enabling bill.
2419 Studying barriers to the use of the Washington death with dignity act. More concerned with the lack or protection for the patient of being refused medication to alleviate underlying cause of their desire to die and protection from overeager heirs.
2554 Mitigating inequity in the health insurance market caused by health plans that exclude certain mandated benefits. Basically fining insurance carriers that don’t cover abortion.
2622 Concerning procedures for ensuring compliance with court orders requiring surrender of firearms, weapons, and concealed pistol licenses. NO leaves victim helpless

2525 Establishing the family connections program. Looks like a way to funnel state money to a NGO
2555 Concerning background check requirements for firearms classified as other under federal firearms laws. Change or just clarification?
2614 Concerning paid family and medical leave. Definitions look like calling independent contractors employees.

SENATE BILLS
GOOD
6152 Concerning certification of the level of foreign national ownership for corporations that participate in Washington state elections
6175 Concerning sexual health education and affirmative consent. Looks like an improvement.
6268 Preventing abusive litigation between intimate partners. A step in the right direction, but verbal abuse, intimidation, controlling behavior, etc. is not easily determined and the perpetrators stalk by court case also.

BAD
5165 Concerning discrimination based on citizenship or immigration status. Sanctuary law. Makes immigration status a protected class.
5323 Reducing pollution from plastic bags by establishing minimum state standards for the use of bags at retail establishments. Just no we reuse them and will have to buy them now.
5339 Reducing criminal justice expenses by eliminating the death penalty and instead requiring life imprisonment without possibility of release or parole as the sentence for aggravated first degree murderNeeds to be retained for inmates serving life that murder.
5395 Concerning comprehensive sexual health education. Lots of squishy words, nothing overt in the bill, but there will be in practice Substitute bill overt. worse
5434 Restricting possession of weapons in certain locations. Makes shooter safety zones.
5740 Creating the secure choice retirement savings program. Leave us alone.
5947 Establishing the sustainable farms and fields grant program. Sustainable is a global buzzword
6037 Concerning business corporations. Boards should be on merit only. Now substitute bill not women on the board, those that identify as women – means could still be all men.  
6049 Creating the insurance commissioner's fraud account. Should use current funds, this adds a surcharge
6065 Establishing the Washington blockchain work group. Waaaay to easy to hack
6074 Reauthorizing and expanding the financial fraud and identity theft crimes investigation and prosecution program. Actually adds costs basically a new tax.
6113 Creating a central insulin purchasing program. No, let’s have competition. Voluntary never stays voluntary
6168 Making 2019-2021 fiscal biennium supplemental operating appropriations. BUDGET BILL
6212 Concerning the authority of counties, cities, and towns to exceed statutory property tax limitations for the purpose of financing affordable housing for very low-income households and low-income households. NO homelessness is not really a housing issue and more money won’t fix it.

CONCERN
6180 Concerning juvenile sex offense registration waivers under the special sexual offender disposition alternative. Could let some bad guys off to easy.
6256 Concerning the heating oil insurance program. Real need or way to outlaw oil heating by cost
6280 Concerning the use of facial recognition services. Lots of variables
6281 Concerning the management and oversight of personal data. Looks good watching
6574 Clarifying the respective administrative powers, duties, and responsibilities of the growth management hearings board and the environmental land use and hearings office. . Sounds good, but I suspect it is a power grab.
