February 7 Last day to read in committee reports in house of origin, except House fiscal committees and Senate Ways & Means and Transportation committees. This means all bills without having had a hearing by the end of the week are likely dead. Obviously they can and have introduced and passed bills without a hearing, so there is no guarantee.
All House bills have numbers below 5000 and Senate bills are over.
Hearing dates can and do change.
