Looks like an operating budget but not a budget for the faulty bridge. They are going to do an audit to see where they misplaced $20 million. Keep praying.

Also, if the legislature adjourns until next year, you won't be reading anything here until next year. I hope to learn more about blogging and make this a better source of information. This was a learning experience for all of us.
