Correction!!
Apparently the legal waiting periods make June 11th, last day of session the first day that Pierce County can replace Senator Carrell. That really complicates things. We would need another D Senator to flip on the budget to stop the D's House budget. There are a couple of possibilities, especially as that budget takes the elderly, orphans, and other odd things.
